We ship Monday through Friday from our Covina, California facility. Orders placed before 1pm PT typically ship the same business day.

• U.S. expedited shipping: 1–2 business days
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75
• International shipping available to select countries at checkout

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including a tracking number. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

If MASSIV isn't right for you, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost — even on opened bottles. One refund per customer.

How to Return

1. Email info@massivlabs.com with your order number.
2. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once we receive the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

Subscription Cancellation

Manage or cancel a subscription anytime from your account, or email info@massivlabs.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal.
